FAQ

Voice-tracking scroll isn't working

• Voice tracking requires microphone and speech recognition permissions. Check Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone / Speech Recognition
• On-device recognition must be available for your language. If unavailable, the app falls back to standard auto-scroll
• Voice tracking is a PromptCue Pro feature

My purchase isn't showing up

Tap "Restore Purchases" in Settings. Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

How do I use mirror mode?

Mirror mode flips the text horizontally for beam-splitter teleprompter rigs. Enable it from the playback settings panel.

Where are my recorded videos?

Recorded videos are saved directly to your photo library (Photos app).
